HR Partners, together with Inside HR Magazine, is having a look into Double Hatting. Double hatting is a term used to refer to a person who performs two roles.
It appears to be more and more common. Some of us already do it. The aim of our survey is to find out how significant this phenomenon is, what level in the organisation it is most likely to take place and see if we can identify a pattern.
